The Service includes access to certain information, databases and services provided by third parties (each a “Third Party Product”). Ecaresoft makes no representations or warranties regarding any Third Party Products. The usage and related terms applicable to Third Party Products, and by which Customer hereby agrees to be bound with respect to each such Third Party Product, and they are the following products:
As and when Ecaresoft adds additional Third Party Products to the Service, and/or the providers of such Third Party Products modify their usage and related terms, eCareSoft will promptly update the Third Party Terms. If Customer continues to use the Service after any such addition or modification, Customer will be deemed to have irrevocably consented to such additional and modified Third Party Terms.
