Why we’re
building Ecaresoft.
If you run a hospital or a clinic, you’re trying to do two things: take great care of your patients and keep the organization running well.
Neither is optional. You need the clinical side to work, and you need the business to work. The people doing that every day deserve good tools.
That sounds straightforward. Then you look at everything it takes: the appointments, the clinical records, the people, the supplies, the payments. And the software that’s supposed to help often makes the work harder.
The clinical team has one system. Finance has another. Someone exports a spreadsheet, someone enters the same information again, and someone else has to figure out why the numbers don’t match. People become the connection between systems that should already be connected.
That’s the problem we work on at Ecaresoft, building software for healthcare providers in Latin America.
The whole operation matters.
A patient’s care doesn’t happen in isolation from the rest of the organization. The medicine has to be available. The appointment has to be scheduled. The record has to be there when the care team needs it. And the organization has to be able to account for the work it does.
So we build software that brings the clinical and business sides together. Nimbo does that for practices, clinics, and outpatient networks. Cirrus does it for hospitals, bringing clinical records, hospital operations, and business management into one platform.
These are different products because the work is different. A clinic shouldn’t have to operate like a large hospital to use good software. A hospital needs tools that can handle the complexity of its operation.
Good technology has to be useful.
Access to good software shouldn’t depend on having a large IT department or the budget for a custom system. We want the tools that connect clinical and business operations to be practical for more healthcare providers.
We chose the cloud because providers should be able to use modern software without running the servers behind it. You open it in a browser. Updates are part of the service. Your team can spend less effort maintaining the technology and more effort using it.
And we want to keep making it better. Whether we’re improving a familiar workflow or exploring what AI can do, the question is the same: does this make someone’s work better? A new capability has to earn its place in the day of the person using it.
That’s what we want Ecaresoft to stand for: people who understand the work of healthcare and care enough about the software to keep improving it.
Running a hospital or a clinic is hard enough.
The software should help.
